Refund Policy for Borobagan

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days from the original purchase date for a full refund or credit or exchange.

Here are the details of the Borobagan’s return conditions and policy:

You may return it within 7 days from the original purchase date. If more days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us, your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Please note that all kinds of fruits and vegetables (perishable goods) are not eligible for a return.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Items must be sold and/or fulfilled by Borobagan directly.

 

Return policy does not apply to international shipping.

 

Please note that you should keep and be able to provide proper documentation and proof about your return/refund claim (i.e. unboxing video)

 

If you tend to return the majority of the stuff you buy, Borobagan will take notice and could flag your account and not let you make any more returns.

 

n other words, if you typically only contact Borobagan for a refund or discount, and abuse their policy frequently, you’ll fall into this category.

 

Once your account is marked “Concession Abuse”, no returns will be accepted on any orders made by you in the future. Borobagan will send you a warning notice via email first. If you keep abusing their policy you’ll get your account banned permanently.

 

►Valid reasons to return an item

 

Delivered Product is damaged / defective

 

Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) /

 

If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is the available seller. If the same item is not available then a refund will be issued

 

Refund Policy

 

BoroBagan (borobagan.com) always here to providing best services to the customers. For any unforeseen situation, if we are not able to accomplish product(s) delivery or to provide our services, we will be informing you within 12 hours over phone or SMS. For any of our lacking, if there needed any refund, we will do it within next 7 days after as following.

 

Calls for refunding will be processed under the following circumstances;

 

·  Unable to deliver any product

 

·  if any product(s) returned by customer against paid invoice

 

The refund process may take up to 30 working days or more depending upon the payment service gateway provider’s clauses. The refund will be initiated within the same payment channel i.e. if the customer pays via bKash then the customer will be refunded through bKash. The customer cannot be refunded via any other payment channels. But Borobagan retains the right and has the right to consider/reconsider refund via another flexible channel(s) to make the refund system faster or to make it easier for the customer.

 

Deduction during refund

 

While a customer cancels any paid order and ask for refund, or we (borobagan.com) cancel any paid order, in terms of Debit/Credit card payment of any bank or bKash/Rocket, we (borobagan.com) will refund the full amount from our (borobagan.com) end. In case of Credit/Debit card payment, the customer will get back the same amount from his/her card issuer bank. But in case of payment from bKash/ Rocket, even if BoroBagan refunds FULL AMOUNT that a customer paid, they (bKash/Rocket) will deduct the transaction charge (according to their company policy) before refunding it to customer.
